©MAID YOU LOOK — TERMS & CONDITIONS Effective from:01/ 2026 Company: Maid You Look Owners: Linzi & Chloe Location: Northumberland/Tyne and Wear UK 1. Definitions • “Service Provider” refers to Maid You Look. • “Client” refers to the person or business booking services. • “Property” refers to the location where services are carried out. • “Services” refers to cleaning, laundry, linen hire, deep cleans, and any agreed add‑ons. • “Agreement” refers to these Terms & Conditions. 2. Scope of Services Maid You Look agrees to provide cleaning and related services as requested by the Client. Services include, but are not limited to: • Holiday‑let changeover cleaning • Residential cleaning • Deep cleans • Laundry & linen services • Add‑on services (oven clean, fridge clean, windows, welcome packs, etc.) Maid You Look reserves the right to refuse any service that is unsafe, unreasonable, or outside the agreed scope. 3. Pricing & Quotes • All prices are provided in advance via message, email, or written quote. • Quotes are based on the information provided by the Client. • Maid You Look reserves the right to adjust pricing if the property condition differs significantly from the description. • Additional charges may apply for: • Excessive mess • Pet-related cleaning • Stains, spillages, or bodily fluids • Same‑day or emergency turnarounds • Additional laundry loads • Unscheduled tasks requested on the day 4. Booking & Scheduling • Bookings must be confirmed by message, email, or booking system. • Holiday‑let clients must provide accurate guest departure times and access instructions. • Maid You Look is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate information or late checkouts. 5. Access to Property The Client agrees to provide safe and secure access via: • Key safe • Key handover • Digital lock code If access cannot be gained, a call‑out fee may apply. 6. Cancellations & Rescheduling • 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a fee up to the full service cost. • Same‑day cancellations or no‑access situations may be charged in full. • Holiday‑let clients must notify Maid You Look immediately of booking changes. 7. Client Responsibilities The Client agrees to: • Ensure the property is safe to enter • Provide accurate information about the property • Supply linen unless hiring from Maid You Look • Ensure utilities (water, electricity, heating) are available • Inform Maid You Look of any hazards, breakages, or maintenance issues Maid You Look is not responsible for: • Pre‑existing damage • Wear and tear • Structural or maintenance issues • Items left behind by guests 8. Standards & Quality Maid You Look will: • Deliver services to a high professional standard • Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment • Report damage or concerns immediately • Provide photo confirmation for holiday‑let changeovers If the Client is dissatisfied, they must notify Maid You Look within 24 hours. After this period, work is deemed accepted. 9. Laundry & Linen • Laundry is charged per load or per item as agreed. • Maid You Look is not responsible for: • Shrinkage • Colour run • Pre‑existing damage • Poor‑quality fabrics • Linen hire is subject to availability and must be booked in advance. 10. Health & Safety Maid You Look reserves the right to refuse service if: • The environment is unsafe • There is evidence of pests, mould, or hazardous waste • Guests or occupants are present in a way that prevents safe working Biohazard cleaning (blood, vomit, bodily fluids) may incur additional charges. 11. Damage & Liability Maid You Look holds public liability insurance. However, we are not liable for: • Pre‑existing damage • Items not disclosed as fragile • Wear and tear • Damage caused by faulty appliances or fixtures • Loss of income due to guest complaints unrelated to cleaning Any accidental damage caused by Maid You Look will be reported immediately and handled in line with our insurance policy. 12. Keys & Security • All keys and codes are handled securely. • Maid You Look is not responsible for lost keys unless proven negligent. • Key safe codes must be updated regularly by the Client. 13. Payment Terms • Payment of deposit is due upon booking and outstanding less the deposit upon completion by the end of that day unless otherwise agreed. • Late payments may incur a fee. • Regular holiday‑let clients may be invoiced weekly or monthly. • Maid You Look reserves the right to pause services for overdue accounts. 14. Termination of Agreement Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Immediate termination may occur if: • The Client is abusive or threatening • The property is unsafe • Payments are repeatedly late • Terms & Conditions are breached 15. Privacy & Confidentiality Maid You Look will: • Keep client information confidential • Never share access codes or personal details • Only use photos for proof of work unless permission is given for marketing 16. Changes to Terms Maid You Look may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. 17. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
